顧立雄：化解保險業追高殺低 Oct 17th 2018, 16:09 金管會主委顧立雄昨（17）日明確表示，年底將公布保險業逆景氣循環措施，避免股價不好時加速賣壓，也可鼓勵保險業逢低進場布局台股，有助股市穩定，保險業也更願意加碼台積電、中華電等類債券股票。
