Police search for missing special-needs teen: Police are searching for a missing teenage boy with special needs who was seen Thursday. Malik Aziz, 14, is 6-foot-2, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He reportedly was last seen at about 5 p.m. Thursday at Thrush Park, which is located on West 105th Street. Reports say Malik has several medical conditions, including autism and severe ADHD, and he requires medication. Read more

Former Indians player Andy Marte dies in crash: Andy Marte, who played parts of five seasons with the Indians, was killed in a car accident Sunday morning in his native Dominican Republic. Marte was 33. Marte played for the Indians from 2006 through 2010. In parts of five seasons with the Indians, Marte hit .224 (175-for-781) with 20 homers and 92 RBI. Read more  

Housing Court Judge Raymond Pianka dies: Cleveland Housing Court Judge Raymond L. Pianka has died at age 65. Details about his death remain scarce, though Cleveland Municipal Court spokesman Ed Ferenc said Pianka was found dead Saturday evening by a family member in the property behind his home. Funeral arrangements are forthcoming.
